Privacy Policy for Brick Blaster

Last updated: 03-Oct-2026

CreativeBunny ("we") operates the Android application Brick Blaster (the "App"). This policy explains what data the App handles and why. It is written to match exactly what the App does — if the advertising, purchase or analytics configuration changes, this page is updated too.

The short version

The App does not ask for your name, your email, or any account. Your game progress, scores and settings are stored only on your device. Three things do involve Google: the App shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID to select and measure the ads you see; optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play, which handles the payment — we never see your card or billing details; and anonymous gameplay and crash statistics are sent to Google Analytics for Firebase and Crashlytics so we can see which levels are too hard and which builds are crashing. None of it identifies you personally.

What stays on your device

  • Your saved game progress, levels and high scores
  • Your in-app preferences and unlocks
  • Your settings (sound, haptics, theme)
  • Your gem balance, unlocked themes and whether you have bought the ad-free upgrade

This data is written to the App's private storage. We cannot see it, it is never uploaded to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the App.

Permissions the App requests

PermissionWhy
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATELoading ads, verifying purchases and sending anonymous statistics
VIBRATEHaptic feedback while playing
POST_NOTIFICATIONSOptional reminders the App schedules on your device. You can decline the permission, or turn the reminders off in Android settings, and the game plays exactly the same.
com.android.vending.BILLINGOffering in-app purchases through Google Play
WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICEDeclared by Google's scheduling library so a queued reminder survives until it is due
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_IDAccess to the advertising ID for advertising
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICSDeclared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for Android's Privacy Sandbox advertising APIs

The App does not request access to your photos, files, contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. For advertising and measurement, Google may collect:

  • Your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier)
  • Ad interaction data — which ads were requested, shown, viewed or clicked
  • Device and diagnostic information — device model, operating system version, language, and crash or performance data from the ad SDK
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address

We do not receive your name, email address or contact details from this process, and we do not sell your data.

If additional advertising partners are ever enabled through AdMob mediation, their own privacy policies will apply to the data they process, and this page will be updated to name them.

In-app purchases

The App offers optional purchases — gem packs and a one-off Remove ads upgrade. Nothing in the game is locked behind payment; purchases are conveniences.

Payment is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see and never store your card number, billing address or Google account details. What the App receives from Google is limited to:

  • The product you bought and whether the purchase completed
  • A purchase token and order identifier issued by Google, used to confirm the purchase is genuine and to grant what you paid for

Your entitlement (ad-free status, gem balance) is then written to the App's private storage on your device. Because we hold no accounts, restoring a purchase on a new device is done by Google Play: the Restore purchases control in the App asks Play what you already own.

Refunds, payment history and subscription controls live in your Google Play account, not with us. Google's Play terms and privacy information apply to the payment itself: policies.google.com/privacy

Analytics and crash reporting

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config. These tell us how the game is actually played and when it breaks. They collect:

  • Anonymous gameplay events — a level starting or ending, a score, a theme unlocked, an ad offered or watched, a purchase completing. These carry game values such as a level number or a product identifier, never anything about you.
  • An app instance identifier generated by Firebase, which is specific to this installation and is reset if you clear the App's data or uninstall it
  • Device and diagnostic information — device model, operating system version, language, and approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Crash reports — the stack trace, the state of the App at the moment it failed, and the device details needed to reproduce the fault

We do not send your name, email address, advertising ID or any account identifier to these services, we do not attempt to identify you from what they report, and we do not sell this data. Remote Config only fetches settings from Google to us — it sends no personal data about you.

Notifications

The App can send you a small number of reminders — for example that a timed reward is ready to collect. These are scheduled on your device by the App itself. The App does not use push messaging, has no server that can message you, and your device is never registered with a messaging service. If you decline the notification permission, or switch the reminders off in Android settings, nothing else about the game changes.

Google Play Data safety

The Data safety declaration on this app's Google Play listing mirrors exactly what is described above. Every item below is collected and shared with Google by the Google Mobile Ads SDK; none of it is collected by us directly, and none of it reaches a server of ours. The categories follow Google's own AdMob data disclosure.

Play Data safety categoryWhat it is, in this appWhy
Location → Approximate location Your IP address, which the ad system uses to estimate the general area you are in. The app never requests a location permission and has no access to GPS. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App activity → App interactions App launches, taps and video views recorded by the ad SDK. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App info & performance → Diagnostics Performance information from the app and the ad SDK, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use. Analytics, fraud prevention
Device or other IDs The Android advertising ID, the app set ID, and any identifiers tied to accounts signed in on the device. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention

All of it is encrypted in transit using TLS. Collection is required for the app to show ads, but you can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in Android settings, and in the regions where consent is required the app asks before any personalised ad is requested. We hold no account and no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on request — see Data retention and deletion below.

Your choices

  • Reset or limit your advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset the identifier or delete it entirely, which stops interest-based advertising.
  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): where required, the App shows a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalised ad is requested. You can change your choice later by clearing the App's data (Settings → Apps → Brick Blaster → Storage → Clear data), which makes the form appear again.
  • US state privacy rights: residents of applicable US states may exercise opt-out rights through the same consent mechanism, or by contacting us at the address below.
  • Rewarded ads are always optional. Watching one is a choice you make to earn something in the game; declining costs you nothing that you already had.
  • Reminders: decline the notification permission when asked, or turn notifications off under Settings → Apps → Brick Blaster → Notifications.
  • Purchases: nothing in the game requires payment. Purchase history, refunds and payment methods are managed in your Google Play account.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and its Play Store target audience is 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete what we hold.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no user accounts and no server-side copy of your game data, so there is nothing for us to delete on request. To remove all local data — including your gem balance and unlocked themes — uninstall the App or clear its data in Android settings. Clearing data also resets the Firebase app instance identifier, which detaches future statistics from anything reported before.

Data held by Google on our behalf is governed by Google's own retention rules: advertising data through the opt-out routes above, analytics and crash data through Firebase's retention settings, and purchase records through your Google Play account. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a purchase — that is handled by Google Play.

Security

Everything the App sends — ad requests, purchase verification, analytics and crash reports — travels over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. Purchases are verified against Google Play rather than trusted from the device alone.

Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
