Privacy Policy for My Farm

Last updated: 03-Oct-2026

CreativeBunny ("we") operates the Android application My Farm (package com.myfarmland.game, the "App"). This policy explains what data the App handles and why. It is written to match exactly what the App does — if the ad configuration changes, this page is updated too.

The short version

The App does not ask for your name, your email, or any account, and it has no server of its own. Your farm, your progress and your settings are stored only on your device. The App shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, and that ad system uses your device's advertising ID to select and measure the ads you see.

What stays on your device

  • Your farm — cash, gems, the fields, coop, barn and helpers you have unlocked, crops and animals in progress, and the farmer's position
  • Mission and daily-mission progress, upgrade levels and simple play counters (for example how many customers you have served)
  • Your settings — sound effects, background music and the chosen track, vibration, and colour theme
  • The time you last played, used only to work out what your helpers earned while you were away

This data is written to the App's private storage. We cannot see it, it is never uploaded to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the App. If you use Android's own device backup, Android may include this storage in your Google account backup under Google's terms.

Permissions the App requests

PermissionWhy
INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATELoading ads, the ad-consent form, and checking Google Play for an optional update. The farm itself works fully offline.
VIBRATEHaptic feedback while playing (can be switched off in Settings)
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_IDAccess to the advertising ID for advertising
WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICEDeclared by Google's ad SDK libraries for their own short background tasks. The App itself runs no background service.
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICSDeclared by the Google Mobile Ads SDK for Android's Privacy Sandbox advertising APIs

The App does not request access to your photos, files, contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to show advertisements. It shows no banner ads and nothing when the App opens. The formats it does use are:

  • Interstitial — a full-screen ad shown occasionally when you hand in a completed mission, never in the opening minutes of play
  • Rewarded video — optional, only when you choose a reward such as a free Farm Boost, doubling the cash your helpers earned while you were away, or bonus gems
  • Rewarded interstitial — an optional "Bonus Harvest", always introduced by a screen with a "No thanks" button
  • Native — an ad card at the bottom of the Upgrades and Daily Missions panels, always marked "Ad"

For advertising and measurement, Google may collect:

  • Your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier)
  • Ad interaction data — which ads were requested, shown, viewed or clicked
  • Device and diagnostic information — device model, operating system version, language, and crash or performance data from the ad SDK
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address

We do not receive your name, email address or contact details from this process, and we do not sell your data.

If additional advertising partners are ever enabled through AdMob mediation, their own privacy policies will apply to the data they process, and this page will be updated to name them.

App updates

The App asks Google Play whether a newer version is available and, if so, offers an optional update. This check is handled by Google Play on your device; the App sends no data of its own.

Google Play Data safety

The Data safety declaration on this app's Google Play listing mirrors exactly what is described above. Every item below is collected and shared with Google by the Google Mobile Ads SDK; none of it is collected by us directly, and none of it reaches a server of ours. The categories follow Google's own AdMob data disclosure.

Play Data safety categoryWhat it is, in this appWhy
Location → Approximate location Your IP address, which the ad system uses to estimate the general area you are in. The app never requests a location permission and has no access to GPS. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App activity → App interactions App launches, taps and video views recorded by the ad SDK. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention
App info & performance → Diagnostics Performance information from the app and the ad SDK, such as launch time, hang rate and energy use. Analytics, fraud prevention
Device or other IDs The Android advertising ID, the app set ID, and any identifiers tied to accounts signed in on the device. Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention

All of it is encrypted in transit using TLS. Collection is required for the app to show ads, but you can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in Android settings, and in the regions where consent is required the app asks before any personalised ad is requested. We hold no account and no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on request — see Data retention and deletion below.

Your choices

  • Reset or limit your advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads lets you reset the identifier or delete it entirely, which stops interest-based advertising.
  • Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): where required, the App shows a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the App, or by clearing the App's data (Settings → Apps → My Farm → Storage → Clear data), which makes the form appear again.
  • US state privacy rights: residents of applicable US states may exercise opt-out rights through the same consent mechanism, or by contacting us at the address below.
  • Rewarded ads are always optional. Watching one is a choice you make to earn something in the game; declining costs you nothing that you already had. If you are online but no ad can be served, the App gives you the reward anyway rather than blocking you.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and its Play Store target audience is 13+. Ad requests are marked as not child-directed and limited to content suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us and we will delete what we hold.

Data retention and deletion

We hold no user accounts and no server-side copy of your farm, so there is nothing for us to delete on request. To remove all local data, use Settings → Start a new farm in the App, uninstall the App, or clear its data in Android settings. For advertising data held by Google, use the opt-out routes above or Google's own controls.

Security

Data transmitted by the ad SDK is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

Changes

We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date on this page.
